Have you completed the Wilton Course 3 - Gum Paste & Fondant
and wanting to expand your expertise?
The Wilton Method of Cake Decorating offers this course as an introduction
to creating gorgeous wired sugar flowers. You will learn to create your own beautiful flowers.
Your final piece in this course will be a beautiful
spray of sugar flowers that showcases your new skills
In this course you will learn how to create realistic looking, wedding cake worthy
gum paste flowers, like gerbera daisiees and stargazer lilies. Plus, learn
to create lifelike leaves, blossoms and bouquet designs that will
bring your cake decorations to life.
Your certified Wilton Method Instructor, Robynn, will help you
each step of the way as you learn to:
- Create wired flowers, using florist wire and florist tape
- Use gum paste moulds and veining mats
- Colour your flowers using colour dusts
- Use your flowers as displays on cakes and create a spray of flowers.

if you cancel 5 or less business days prior to the course commencing.

course that suits you.

Registrations will only be accepted for students 16 years and over.
