Shipping & Returns

  • We ship via Australia post - normally by standard post with tracking. After your item is posted we will email you with the tracking number.
  • Express post is not available.
  • It is a requirement that you provide us with your correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, Baldocks Direct takes no responsibility to re-ship at our expense. You will be asked to make a payment to cover the extra charge.
  • Your item will be posted usually between 3 and 10 business days from received payment.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We do not send free samples. Item and freight charges apply.


  • Returns are NOT available on ANY food item so please choose carefully.
  • We do not offer returns simply because you have changed your mind.
  • If you have any concerns about a product when you receive it, please contact us at www.sales@baldocks.com.au. We will try to resolve any issues you may have but reserve the right to not accept a return of any product.
  • Any returns must be received by us no later than 14 business days from receipt. We will not pay return postage.
  • Any returns must be received by us in the condition they were posted. 
  • All returns must be authorised by us before we refund the purchase price. We will not refund any shipping costs.
